Welcome to Week 5 Skills Training!
This week we continue moving forward with skills progressions with some more Coerver skills for both our younger and older groups. These are some great movements to master and integrate with other dribbling moves to help players master ball control.
I’ve included a link to a German game from a few years ago that is quite good, and especially interesting for about 9 minutes… I’ve also included some shorter videos about some classic international teams (one of which includes Johan Cruyff who made the Cruyff move famous…). There is also a link about Ronaldinho, whose creativity and skill with the ball are unsurpassed. Enjoy!
Here are this week’s skills…

This week I’m heading to the German Bundesliga for a memorable game between FC Bayern Munich and Wolfsberg from the 2015/16 season. This one is particularly fun because of some of the best known Bayern players as well as one of the most impressive goal scoring substitute appearances in the history of soccer.
Fun videos to watch…

- Football’s Greatest International Teams – Brazil 1982
- Ronaldinho – Best Moments, Skills, And Goals
Don’t forget about the juggling challenge, and remember to take a look at our previous posts for some more skills challenges and ideas.
